Measure. Plan. Forecast. Follow through.
Most healthcare is a visit. The PURR Method is a loop — and every step of it is authored, reviewed, and signed by the physician treating you.
1 · Measure
Care starts with data worth having: an unhurried history and, where indicated, comprehensive labs — often the PURR Panel — because "your labs are normal" is not the same as "your labs are optimal for you."
2 · Plan
Your treatment follows a written, physician-authored protocol: what we're doing, why, what dose, what happens at each decision point. You can read it. That's rare in medicine and it shouldn't be.
3 · Forecast
Every plan comes with its expected trajectory — the weight curve, the symptom timeline, the hair-regrowth window — modeled from your starting point. Then we plot your real results against it, every month. When reality and forecast diverge, that's not a failure; that's the signal that tells us what to adjust.
4 · Follow through
Between visits, scheduled check-ins track your progress and watch for side effects. Routine steps move quickly; anything outside the protocol — a red flag, an unexpected result, a question the plan doesn't answer — routes directly to Dr. Gomez-Ratush. Automation handles the routine so the physician's attention goes where it matters. Nothing is prescribed, changed, or denied except by her.
Why we built it this way
Telehealth made medicine scalable and, too often, shallow. The PURR Method is our answer: the efficiency patients love about online care, with the accountability of a single physician whose name is on every protocol. One doctor, one chart, one standard — office and online.
