Vagina Diet

There are many foods that you can eat that will keep your vagina in tiptop shape. Many of these foods are hydrating and many of them contribute to a bacterial flora that optimizes vaginal health. 

If you are looking for foods, that will help you experience more wellness down there consider this list:

 

Avocados are full of good fats and help with maintaining cell production. Because the vagina is comprised of squamous cells which are able to withstand a-lot of friction :) the cells turnover rapidly and therefore need the substrates to be able to do so. So, healthy fats are important. 

Sweet potatoes are rich in beta keratin and vitamin a and help keep your mucous membranes healthy

Nuts / Seeds healthy fats again ;)

Fermented foods, these help restore your vaginal flora with good & healthy bacteria including lactobacillus acidophilus which is the main health maintainer of the vagina. These foods include anything pickled and foods like kimchi

Fermented drinks again helps restore lactobacillus acidophilus, found in kombucha, kefir and yogurt 

Fatty fish omega 3’s ie more good fat

Water, your cells need hydration. Where do you think all that good wetness comes from ;)
